Co-Labourers With Christ provides several missionary programs geared toward enhancing both the spiritual and physical lives of the people of Kenya.
Economic Development
Purchasing cows is a great way to help the impoverished youth known as the Shuhudia Street Children. Not only are the children able to breed them, but they can also earn money from the cows’ milk.
Purchase a Cow that will provide milk all year round for $600.00 + $100.00 annually for upkeep.
Adopt a Child (Food Provision)
Many CLWC partners and friends have “adopted” Kenya children as part of the In Heaven’s Eyes project. There’s a large population of “street children” in Kenya, so all of them are not able to live in the new facility being built, but many of them come for classes. CLWC funding provides both education and meals for these youths.
$300.00 a year $25.00 US dollars a month provides a child with two meals per day.
Nyahururu Women’s Correctional
Co-Labourers With Christ with insight and determination from Pastor Benson Maara Karanja arranged for a visitation and program that provide outreach to the women, and children in the Nyahururu Women’s Correctional Facility. These individuals were able to see God’s love in action through many different avenues.
CLWC members:
Praise and worship teams ministered to those incarcerated and their families
Mobilized partners for donations of tent, soap, tissue, clothes, etc.
Provided prayer and offered salvation
Ministered to and partnered with correctional staff
Provided mattresses and bedding for the children
