Co-Labourers With Christ Adopt-A-Child Third Quarter Report – 2023
We’ve moved into the Fall portion of the year where the leaves turn yellow, then brown and shortly thereafter, they fall to the ground. We’re moving out of an old place and into a BEAUTIFUL NEW PLACE filled with endless possibilities and, hopefully, probabilities. This new season will heighten our expectations by
causing us to see what we haven’t seen, to go where we haven’t gone and do what we haven’t done. It’s AMAZING that GOD allows us to experience such a revival – merely by a slight change in the weather.  

Is it probable, or even possible, that this is the perfect season to make the decision to adopt one of our BEAUTIFUL, priceless, loveable, deserving, and desirable children at the In Heaven’s Eyes Center (IHE) in Nyahururu, Kenya East Africa? Is it? Can you? Should you? Will you? They need loving parents who will supply their very basic needs for only $25 a month. This monthly amount will absorb the cost for food, clothing, school fees and shoes as well as other basic necessities. What makes it even better is that your $25 is 100% tax deductible.  

We are ecstatic to share a few BLESSINGS during our Third Quarter. Firstly, our very own Apostle Dr. Carolyn L. Vessel, Founder and Executive Director of Co-Labourers With Christ, adopted a child – just like that!! While reviewing the website as part of our monthly meeting, she abruptly said of six (6) year old Patrick Gathekia,   “Nobody’s adopted that baby yet?” And with her next breath, she joyfully said: ”I’ll take him, I’ll adopt him myself,” – just like that! Our  GREAT GOD will reveal, to you, that very same thing. Please pay special attention to HIS small, still, yet powerful voice when HE speaks to you! Be quick to OBEY; do not hesitate! Immediately following Apostle Vessel’s heavenly revelation, she went right back to business as usual. That was our first adoption this Quarter. That’s all it takes people of GOD! 1) a review of our website showing our children available for adoption, 2) a word from the LORD, confirming that HE IS the one who WILL SUPPLY ALL YOURNEEDS according to HIS RICHES in GLORY by Christ Jesus, and 3) make  the decision to agree with GOD and HIS ULTIMATE PURPOSE and FAITHFULNESS… That’s IT, That’s ALL… I promise you will never ever regret it as it will cause life, love, joy, and hope to come to you and your new child. To date, twenty (20) of us have become adoptive parents to twenty-three (23) children. That leaves one, or perhaps two, left for you… We have several children, patiently, awaiting adoption.

Secondly, GOD blessed the Adopt-A-Children Ministry in a totally different manner. We became aware of the death of our faithful Co-Labourer, Shirley Vessel’s brother, Joe Champs. Mr. Champs adopted ten (10) year old Simon Kimani in January 2022. The LORD led me to question the fate of young Simon. Shirley, too, felt the tug
of the LORD on her heart strings and (just like our fearless leader, Apostle Vessel), said: “I’ll take him (with tears in her voice and eyes) it’s what my brother would have wanted.” Again, just like that, and in absolutely no time flat, Ms. Shirley (without hesitation) allowed the LORD to fulfill HIS desire, for her, to become Simon’s
new parent. As a result, Simon will lack NOTHING! That’s all it took! In all SINCERITY, what will it take for you? We cannot answer that question – for it is one that only our GREAT GOD IN HEAVEN can, and will, answer.  

Will you take a moment to ASK? When you say YES, ultimately you will BLESS GOD. And don’t think for one moment, that HE will not open the “WINDOWS OF HEAVEN” for not only you , but also for those near and dear to your heart. Take time to LISTEN with your HEART wide open, for GOD to SPEAK… As we continue to PRAY for you, please continue to PRAY for us… Thank You Kindly!
