2. Farming
2.1 Shamba
It has been amazing, God has provided enough rain to plant more potatoes & vegetables …
Animals
Our cows provide us with enough milk for consumption at our Centre. All our cows are in good health condition. We always have routine cleaning of the cow shed as well as spraying to avoid being infected by ticks and attacks by diseases.
3. Fellowship
We make fellowship with God as a priority, and all of the urgent issues in our lives seem to fall into place. When we focus on God he helps us to understand priorities fast.
4. Guidance and Counselling
Through Guidance and Counselling our children are eased into formal school setting so that the new exposure to others broadens their understanding
5. Health care
The month has been challenging in term of health one boy break his both hand while playing. The boy was taken for x-ray picture and treated. Currently he is still under -medication and as not yet fully recovered.
6. Rehabilitation.
6.1 Re-integration
We did not re-integrate any children throughout the month. But we had taken 18 children to their homes as a way to help in re-integration. They have come back to the Centre. Eventually, we ought to prepare them for going back home one day. Also, the government has a plan that all homes will be closed and start home based care. Let us pray about it.
6.2 Rescue
We did not rescue any children throughout the month.
7. Mobilization and Awareness
We use friends, churches, and I HELP members to approach more individuals in reaching and creating awareness about our ministry.
I HELP
Throughout the month, we received one well-wisher who came to donate sandals for children and clothes, and wheat, one bag. Also, we received a huge donation of food worth KSH 50,000.00, about USD 400.00. We really thank God.
Conclusion
We take this opportunity to thank Apostle and CLWC Brethren for never never-ending support you have always given to us. May God bless you.
